Coaching for Radical Mothers
Helping global mothers break free from guilt, shame, perfectionism, burnout, and self-doubt while learning to embrace liberated mothering.
Mama, you are enough. ♥
I offer Radical Mothers Coaching to help you break free from burnout, self-doubt, guilt, and learn to embrace parenting with the spirit of liberation, self-compassion, and joy.
Through our work together, you’ll reclaim yourself from the oppressive social and cultural norms of motherhood, recover yourself from cycles of generational and historical trauma that show up in your own parenting, release feelings of shame and unworthiness, regain trust and confidence in your parenting, and redefine yourself as woman and radical mother.
The labor of motherhood can be so heavy.
From society to culture to family, we get all of these demands and messages about how we are supposed to exist in our role as mothers. We are expected to be an endless resource for care, nurturing, patience, and compassion, all while withholding these very things from ourselves. We are expected to be perfect, polished, and totally put together. We are told to never complain, to always be grateful, to be silent, sacrificing, and suppressing our own wants and needs. We are taught to comply, without question, with the rules and norms of motherhood that crush most of us.
You’re trying to be the perfect mother, avoid the mistakes your parents made, be fully present for your child, and take care of everyone and everything. You look at other moms, comparing yourself, and feel like you are failing. You try living up to the expectations that your partner, family, or society has of you, but it seems impossible. You’re trying to do it all. And you’re exhausted. You find yourself wondering….
How do I find balance?
How do I know if I’m doing enough?
Is it okay for me to ask my partner, family, or friends for help?
Why does taking care of myself make me feel so selfish and guilty?
How do I keep from losing my own hobbies, goals, dreams, and identity?
How do I know I make the right decisions for my kids and try to trust myself?
How can I make mistakes in my parenting and still feel like I’m a good mom?
You can do motherhood with freedom, joy, self-compassion, and peace—guilt, shame, and outdated societal rules not necessary.
It’s time to disrupt these false, outdated, and oppressive cultural and societal narratives (that are rooted in patriarchy, racism, sexism, colonialism, and capitalism if we are just being real here), and embrace radical mothering that centers your own values, self-trust, freedom, rest, support, and care. Coaching can help you:
Overcome burnout, guilt, perfectionism, overwhelm, and self-doubt.
Let go of harmful beliefs and unrealistic expectations from family, culture, and society about your role as a mother, partner, and woman.
Develop coping tools for managing stress and create realistic, sustainable self-care practices that work with your busy life.
Increase your sense of self-trust and confidence in your parenting and overall decision making, and learn how to quiet the worry and doubt.
Build your support system and practice sharing labor with your partner, family, community—because it really does take a village!
Identify where generational, cultural, and historical trauma might show up in your parenting and how to break free from those cycles.
Explore navigating mom/work/dating/life balance as a single parent.
Reclaim your identity outside of motherhood by reconnecting with your own passions, hobbies, rest, pleasure, joy, and play.
And explore all things mama and milf (mother I’d like to free).

Testimonials
“Sessions with Briana feel like a conversation with your best friend. I've been able to be my authentic self with her and she has truly provided me with a safe space to speak freely and be myself. Some sessions have been more difficult than others, but there's always a moment that Briana and I share a laugh and I always feel so much lighter after my sessions with her. Briana has been a blessing to my life in so many ways!"
— Rasheda
"Incredibly intuitive, even in a virtual session, Briana can pick up on how I'm feeling in my body or spirit and bring it forward for me to notice and explore. She is able to name the things that I've been experiencing but haven't been able to find the words for, and that is so validating and healing. She just sees you and she gets it. That makes it such a safe, nurturing place to do this work of unlearning and challenging what we've been taught as women."
— Nicole
“Briana truly sees you. Sessions with her feel like talking to an expert, a family member, and a best friend, all in one. She has a way of uncovering what you're struggling with, even if you're having a hard time expressing it. She listens deeply so she can help you identify the things you've been hiding from yourself or taught to deny and suppress, she holds you accountable with love, and she cheers you on and validates you so you're at your best!”
